Job Details:

Wonder City LLC, d/b/a Pokeworks, seeks General Manager in Georgetown, TX to recruit, hire & train all restaurant staff; Schedule employees to ensure shifts have proper coverage; Streamline the restaurant processes to improve the guest experience; Monitor restaurant finances; Enforce food handling regulations & other guidelines to increase guest safety; Promote the restaurant; Handle customer complaints; & Complete sales, inventory & staff attendance reports. Bachelor’s Degree in Bus. Adm or foreign equiv. + 3 yrs. exp as Gen. Mgr. in the hospitality industry. Or in the alternative, no degree, 5 yrs exp as Gen. Mgr/Owner in Restaurant Industry. Any suitable combination of experience of education, training, or experience is acceptable. Domestic in-state travel between Austin, TX (70% of the time) and Georgetown, TX (30% of the time).
